You can pick up ordered items in our studio (by appointments only) at: Kyiv, st. Voloshka, 36/38

WITHIN UKRAINE

We will send your order by "Nova Poshta" service to the address indicated by you after making a purchase on our website. Delivery time — from 1 to 3 business days.

WORLDWIDE

Worldwide delivery is provided by "Ukrpochta" or other Royal Mail depending on the warehouse where the item is stored.
The delivery cost is 10 GBP.
Delivery time — from 3 to 20 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 14 days after delivery. Please, pay attention that return items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and paper tags must be in original condition.

Pack your order in original Orangerie package and sent it to us via any trackable and insured service of your choice, at your expense.

Let us know the tracking number. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
